We have been building homes since 2014 in Brevard County, Florida. We are based in Grant, Fl, and committed to providing quality craftsmanship and customer service to all our customers. We build mostly in southern Brevard, including the beaches.
We use the latest technology to manage your project and to keep you abreast of your home’s progress. We are proud to offer 3D technology to design your home’s plans and bring the image to life in front of you. We specialize in this technology to help you envision your home inside and out.

About our Contractor Marshal Williams
Marshall Williams, the founder of Atlantic Building & Development, formed the company in early 2014 when he realized the community needed a smaller customer builder that specialized in hands-on project management and customer service.
Marshall attended Everglades University out of Boca Raton, FL, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. Shortly after, he successfully completed his Residential Contractors license and knew that the custom home market was where he was going to target.
Born and raised in Southern Brevard County, it didn’t take him long, with his network of contacts, to build a professional team of tradesmen to start working right away.
Over the past ten years, Atlantic Building & Development has grown from small custom additions to a multi-million dollar custom home building operation.
“ I would say the industry as a whole needed to fill a major void for an honest contractor that puts the customer’s wishes/ ideas first rather than cutting corners and taking advantage of people. A line I say to every single customer interviewing me for a project is you better feel extremely comfortable and confident with whichever builder you decide to go with because you will feel essentially married to them during the duration of the project. Marshall’s boys, Lane and Bennett, are often seen walking job sites and talking to subcontractors who have watched them grow up over the years. Lane has more of a passion for design and architecture, while Benny is more interested in the Sitework and Concrete side of the business.

Warranty
When we finish building your house, that doesn’t stop your relationship with us. We have a 1-year structural warranty on your home after completion and a 10-year salt and corrosion warranty through Trane on the Heating and Air Conditioning unit. Contact us for your warranty service needs.
